Your Information
What we collect, why, and how we safeguard it — under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

When you contact us, book a consultation or apply for insurance or investment products through us, we may collect: your name and contact details; date of birth; financial information relevant to the products you are considering (income, assets, existing coverage); health information required by insurers for underwriting; and any other information you choose to share with us. Our website collects limited technical data (such as pages visited) to help us improve it; our booking calendar is provided by Calendly, and our contact and subscription forms are delivered by FormSubmit, each under its own privacy policy. The calculators in the Tax Lab run entirely in your browser — we never see what you enter.
We use your personal information only to: assess your needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions; complete applications with the insurers and fund companies you choose; service your policies and accounts over time, including annual reviews; and, with your consent, send you occasional updates and educational content. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.
Your information is shared only as needed to serve you: with the insurance companies and fund companies to which you apply; with underwriting services they engage (such as medical information bureaus and paramedical providers); and with regulators where required by law. Every party we work with is bound by its own regulatory privacy obligations.
We collect, use and disclose your personal information only with your consent, or as permitted or required by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice — note that withdrawing consent may limit our ability to service your policies.
We protect your information with physical, organizational and technological safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Client files are retained for as long as needed to service your products and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which they are securely destroyed.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to challenge its accuracy, and to have it corrected as appropriate. To exercise these rights, or to ask any question about this policy, contact our privacy officer:
